Additionally, we provide indoor IAQ sampling and consulting services. We also offer microbial remediation protocols and estimating services for any-sized insurance-based projects. Our estimating certifications include Xactimate and Claims Connect (Mobile Claims).
We are fully certified through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC), which are the highest industry standards.

Asbestos bulk sampling
The minimum charge is $400-$575, which includes collection, processing, chain of custody, and final report.
The cost per sample is between $20-$40, depending on the turnaround time.
Complete NESHAP demolition surveys. Bulk sampling for asbestos after water or fire damage for EMS. Pre-renovation bulk asbestos sampling.
IAQ sampling
$250 per loss up to $5,000
$375 per loss $5,001-$15,000
(PRV) Post-remediation verification involves air and surface sampling.
Total Particulate Analysis (TPA) sampling is conducted for indoor irritants like soot and ash.
Microbial remediation protocol, & estimation
The minimum charge is between $450 and $600, depending on the size, scope of work, and distance involved.
The cost per sample is between $30 and $40, for both air and surface samples.
